Shortly after merging with dtz, Cushman & Wakefield retained Zielinski Design Associates to rebrand a prime piece of commercial real estate in Richardson, TX. 2400 Glenville consists of over 400,000 SF situated upon 35 wooded acres, with convenient access to the entire DFW Metroplex.
