Briarlake Plaza

BriarLake Plaza is home to some of the nation’s most respected energy companies and one of Houston’s most prestigious addresses. The property owner, JP Morgan, decided to build a sister tower next to the existing building and brought in Zielinski Design to rebrand the property. The project included branding and identity including a new tagline, property brochure, website, photography and mobile marketing center. The highlight of the project was fishing in the man-made lake in front of the building which the management company keeps stocked with bass. Rods, reels, and bait are available for the asking and as you might guess, it's catch and release.
