Phoenix Tower

A new branded identity for Phoenix Tower in Houston included a logomark, leasing brochure and mobile marketing center. ZDA decided to move away from the clichéd phoenix imagery previously used and instead created a contemporary design representing the skyward reach of the architecture. The client did not have a designated space for a marketing center so a movable design was chosen and fabricated out of plexiglass bases and vertical marketing panels This allowed the brokers to disassemble the signs and easily move them from suite-to-suite based on their showings. The highlight of this project was shooting pictures of the 9th-floor lobby and sky deck, complete with a Jack Nicklaus putting green.
